Hi guys .

I posted a screen shot of my new account last week which I posted, but no be small mocking I received here instead of motivation. But I motivated my self.

I started the journey on 17th this month with 20$ and have made profit of 50$ . I don't trade every day sha.

Forex trading comes with lots of sacrifices,
I have been up all night for most nights,
Looking for setups and always validating my entries,
The result looks beautiful, but omo the process is not for the weak.

Always backtest your strategy over and over again, till it becomes your second nature.
Don't concentrate on winning trades during test instead work more on minimising drawdowns because there will be DDs.


And again, backtest your strategy till it drills into your psychology, make the market no go surprise you and humble you.

Remember, the goal is always to keep what you make.

Good morning sir, I note some of the important point you said here. You said while backtesting we should focus on those losses we are having. Because during my backtesting im still having 3 to 5 loosing streak but the strategy is profitable on the long run. I'm looking for a way to reduce loosing streak to 2, is that possible?? Because I fear loosing streak dieee

And by the way how long was your loosing streak for the whole year 2021?? I'm curious to know

Onye dot, while you're waiting for the person you quoted to respond, I just have to drop that one of the things that leads to a trader's downfall is fear of losing. Once the fear creeps in, fear of execution follow. A lot of traders had their aha moment when they realized losses meant nothing but a pointer to an area you need to learn to do better.
