The sheer amount of Okadas criss-crossing the stretches of Oshodi-Apapa expressway (between Mile 2 and Liverpool in Apapa) , Lagos -Badagry expressway (between Mile 2 and Alaba-Interntional) and Lagos-Abeokuta expressway (between Iyana-Ipaja and Ikeja-Along) ehn... for every 100 motorcycles seized, another 500 replaces them.
