If saying the Truth (what Jesus said) exposes someone, so be it.
Misunderstanding is, not quoting Jesus. Everytime Jesus talks about miracles he links it with faith. He always calls the generation unbelieving and faithless, not prayer less and non fasting. When Jesus was confronted in Mathew 9:14 about his disciples not fasting what was his reply? Fasting draws you closer to God and not to perform miracles. I am not saying that fasting isn't good. Fasting is very good because it draws one closer to God and by so doing gives one faith in the things unseen.

So why did Jesus specifically say that this kind cannot come out but by prayer and fasting?

Or are you saying that He was lying?

You seem not to understand that there's certain levels of power someone cannot exercise or command without prayer and fasting regardless of how much faith one has.

Can you tell me how they were able to cast out other demons but not this particular one if they didn't have faith?

You don't know but you claim to know. Well enjoy yourself in your ignorance of the Truth if you think that with faith alone such a kind of devil could be casted out even though Jesus said it couldn't come out but by prayer and fasting.

God bless.

Like I said earlier, Jesus was referring to unbelief and not demon. Some situations makes people to doubt while fasting strengthens faith.

Like every other thing,we and our pastors have added prayers and fasting to the things we abuse.

And like Esther shows fasting helps in activating do one favours and like Jesus shows it helps when one has to deal with special challenges.

What I noticed ,which God himself has noticed is many will rather fast than dealing their bread to the hungry and securing justice for the helpless.

Fasting to many means the opportunity to preserve foods .

Corporate fasting should only be proclaim to address a common challenge and not because any one feels he will be put in a beta light.

What if before these insecurities manifests ,osinbajo has called for a corporate fasting so all behind these attacks be judged once and for all.

U call out 60days fasting without stating the emergence ,so will it be known if the tasting is effective or not since the goal to be achieved is not stated.

God is not mocked.those who does the work of God deceitfully are bringing curses on themselves.

Fasting should be divinely inspired and not a competition thing.
