THE STORY BEHIND D DESIGN
An African family, which consist of Husband, Wife, Children and a mother in law/a relation/tenant,were used as case study to design the masterpiece......


The approach view of the 3d - is the Entrance leading directly to the main lounge, there you have the following,
Living room, Dinning, kitchen and three rooms all ensuite(with w/c -Toilet&bath) for Husband, Wife & children.

the plan was design in such a way that, the wife can enter the kitchen without passing through living room (lounge) for privacy reason. whether she is fully dress or not. 0-8-1-6-9-5-3-6-0-0-4


Also provision was made for another entrance door to the children's room.....to be use by them in future to bring in their visitors without passing through the living room.

One of the political issues solved by the Architect was, to made the fourth room a self-con .....taking mother-in-law as a case-study...she can live comfortably there without interfering in her son and daughter-in-law affairs.

The service, I want to provide technical supervision for the building stages. I will advise the builders as necessary and provide guidance in translating the design at construction stages.
This will include ensuring that the initial layout is down according to the design and structures are erected by the builders based on Architect’s design and i will also ensure that building materials are used for optimal cost effectiveness and highest quality.

As such I would also like to give you a quotation for the material to serve a guide for you

I will be able to work closely and professionally with the builders supplied. Same goes for any other artisans that will be employed at different stages of the project..my job will be to corordinate and provide them with technical support as required.
