kalu61:unfortunately, Ohanaeze have no control over the southeastern/southsouth voters, APC currently have no Igbo candidate with mass appeal, they need to shop for a candidate that can match Peter Obi of PDP in a free and fair election. Somebody like Kingsley Moughalu who is also from Anambra state might serve. |

enyi1:threatening other people will not give you power, you should learn to negotiate. The north will support who ever the south brought forward. The game now is who will be chose by the political party. You can not expect APC to present a man from a region that hate APC, a region that gave the party not up to 5% of their votes. APC will not make that mistake. 5 Likes 1 Share |

post=98116861:hmm! dead on arrival! Yoruba can never get any support from South East and South South because they never deserved it. They should get their support from only Southwest. So far as 2023 Presidential Election is concerned, Yoruba is on his own because 2023 belongs to Igbo or North can continue ruling the country. Any Yoruba man that comes out for 2023 President is an Enemy of Igbo, and should be dealt with at the polls. South East and South South are out to deal with any Yoruba Politician that messes up with Igbo. One Nigeria!!! 7 Likes |

tutudesz: Yes I know but allowing the 2nd term in 2023 might get us into more problem and agitation in 2027. The person(a South Southerner) there might want a 2nd term while the North would be agitating that power returns to their region. The fairest thing all of us can do now is support a South Easterner presidency. 1 Like |

I don't want no northern leader No Igbo leader No Yoruba leader These set of people are the problem of this country In a country where tribalism is the biggest disease , no good thing can come out of it In my opinion we need to do something similar like that of the old Mexicans where they used to have three presidents for one day Until we find someone good enough then we're good , but marijuana must be legalized Sha , na that one gan gan I dey concerned about Lights up my kpoli in peace |

Trust a Yoruba man at your own peril. They've had their own turn, but will make things difficult for Igbos to achieve their own ambition, all because of 2023 Igbos should start using long Spoon when it comes to Yoruba Politicians. They don't want Igbos to smell Aso Rock, but God pass them 4 Likes |

Mgbadike80:Umahi, Ogbonnaya Onu, OUK are the only three candidates from SE in APC. Moughalu is not a politician and politically naive. He has no network, leadership experience and mass appeal. Infact, most igbos haven't heard that name. Only few of us online. I agree Ohanaeze don't have grip on SE voters but their power cannot be under rated. 4 Likes |

onoms4luv: You southern efulefus should stop saying nonsense. This was the same line of statement that got buhari into power and emboldened him to do as he wants. Tell me one "competent" person from the North who's not religiously biased or are you trying to pretend that you're not seeing the Islamisation and northern hegemony being pushed by all northern elites? |
Re: Zulum: Why Power Should Shift To South In 2023 by enyi1: 12:54pm On Jan 16, 2021 |
Miracle2020:Politics is all about interest mind you. And for you to assume that the North will support whoever the south produces even against one of there own is a wishful thinking. The only way the presidency comes to the south is if the south is united against the North for there is strength in unity. And there WON'T be any unity if SW is still interested in running despite knowing about rotation and despite having there own turn. SE & SS will never queue behind SW no matter what. We rather negotiate with power drunk North for vice Presidency like you guys did in 2015 and if you think the North won't be interested in ruling again in 2023 then you must be very delusional. The North knows how greedy you people in SW are and they're relying on SE & SS alliance to pull off 2023. Some of them are already preparing for it, i hope you know? |

Ezennwa: You don't threaten people to get their support. That's not how politics works. We all know that in fairness, it's the turn of the South East to rule the country. But politics sometimes is not fair. The best part for the South East to the presidency is APC and I think it's time for them to start embracing the APC. They should leave all the hate in the past and start canvassing the support of all regions, even the South West they hate so much 1 Like |

kalu61:OOK has lost credibility, Umahi have lately been seen as a betrayer and extremist due to his recent unguarded statements, harsh actions and the negative press from the PDP politicians fighting back, Ogbonna Onu have credibility but he has not showed any serious interest. Ohanaeze is currently an object of ridicule in the east, they can't deliver block votes and should not because partisan politics would tear it apart, we can't forget that two parallel elections was just held by Ohanaeze and the less popular faction might go to court to derail the organisation. 1 Like |
