I tried signing up on my GTBank app this evening and it’s saying User have not been profiled

Is there anyone that can assist me here

Mine is my Access bank E top up. It has refused to do top up for other numbers. I tried doing for my sis last night, no way even after several tries. Then today I tried doing for my other line, and it kept telling me "imput invalid".
What's wrong with this NIgerian banks? I'm fed up mehn...

I believe your account needs to be enabled for it. You still need to visit any branch.
u'll be given a user id upon setup.
