I have anxiety so when ever I check my blood pressure it fluctuates like today when I check it in the morning I do take them 3readings Morning-127/78-130/83-125/76 Night-149/80 -121/70 -125/83 After exercise today-118/84 -114/70 -112/70 this was when I finished my exercise and I decided to check it I am just 25 years weight of 80kg I don’t smoke and I have stopped drinking anything Alcoholic doctors in the house help me thanks |
