The truth is that America's patronage on schooling by African students have drastically dropped. Student's traffic movement is now to UK and Canada. So, u'll expect comments like this from US. Stop making illogical conclusions. In UK they have a health insurance system that uses the funds of the people to secure their health and it is closely integrated with their public healthcare
