Just imagine the kind of opportunities and strength in multi cultures and languages? Yet, Nigeria can only bring out disunity. This issue is too painful. These leaders we have had since 1960 (our independence) are.... let me not finish my statement. It is well. 1 Like |

Language is one of Nigeria biggest problems. We are from the same country but we don’t understand each other. I believe it will be better if it is one language for the entire country 1 Like |

No doubt that Nigerians speak different languages. Each state has also have different tribes & language ,and some of these tribes occupies more than one state. Well even in the North that speak different languages, but the most dominated language is the Hausa. Funny enough not all Northerns can speak the Hausa it's a fact. On the South-West dominated by the Yoruba Language. In the East it's Ibo. Only in the South- South is not dominated by a particular language, because they have different tribes living among themselves. 1 Like |

ijawcitizen:Are u from Kaduna state? Why would you choose to believe what is not true. I am from Kaduna state and I am telling you that these are tribes, not clans, sections, towns or whatever you think. Your use name here suggests you are among those who think all northerners are Hausa's and Fulani's. The north has far more tribes than the south if you don't know. 2 Likes |

Walkee: I swear, I heard one language like that spoken by people in Owan community near the river before ifon, my God, I was confused. The language was dancing on its own. It didn't sound like Yoruba but it didn't sound like Owan. It was just on its own. Utese and Egbeta share boundaries but they don't understand each other. Their two languages are different from Benin 3 Likes |
