Meanwhile, you can dress “anyhow” at MIT, Cal Tech, etc., and end up building electric cars and space shuttles, while the Auchi Polytechnic graduate is still struggling to ‘manufacture’ common pencils. We Nigerians love to chase shadows in derogation of substance. SMH
