guys, this SRD matter, has it passed?my friend said he got an offer letter(as admin officer) on tuesday 19/04/2011 and that he is going to holland on a three month training on the 29/04/2011.

You should know better that shell cannot recruit someone without carrying out an interview. So a scam is suspected. And shell does not ask you to pay for your travelling, they will cover transportation and welfare for their trainees. So your friend is about to be scammed. No medicals? No interview? No aptitude? Well tell your friend to confirm at HR at any of their branches.

I think these pple are currently been considered fr employment as d status no longer reads local oppt bt employment. Sumone wit useful xplanation other this shd pls inform is. Tnx

That is strange, so Shell now hires based on what is in your cv, no interview required

Heard shell has started calling for test dat is for technical positions. Some naija hot jobbers have started recieving invitations.has anyone recieved here?

I applied on the 29th of march. It changed to shortlisted after one wk and then changed to employment after another wk. It now reads application under review. I applied thru the shell recruitment day.

two friends have been sent txt msgs to come for tests on d 11th.

Mine also changed from shortlisted to application received. I was scared o! I Applied for health and safety. I pray we all get our dream jobs. One love.

my application status have changed like 2 time now the position title is saying Employment and my application status is saying application Received well i dont knw that that means now but am jst waiting from an email or call from shell as i applied in london and am still in london. any one on this application status we need info any one yea.

It happenned to me also mine has changed to application under review. Don't know what the change in status means tho.

that is not the case. The status changed from shortlisted to something else. Most of us have applied since early march and were shortlisted, but only to find out this month that the shortlisted changed and the local opportunities changed to employment. I am positive it means something well. We that have this issue are being considered for an aptitude or something else. I'm sure it means well.

blazingx1 i applied since march and am in the same category as you only 've paseed the application recived stage twice now. i guess your will change to application under review after now, we hv to wait, watch, n pray!!!
