Even if CBN has issues with both NIRSAL and NMFB, it won't stop this particular loan. This one is from the Ministry of Youths and Sports. NMFB is only a channel for disbursement. The selection process, funds, and training modules are all from the Ministry of Youths and Sports.

Check FIRS website, searh for TIN validation link there, input your CAC number and if it is ready you will see it. Usually it is almost automatically generated after you register, you need not go register separately for it again
