Along Ibuzor road Asaba. 0lot there is around 10m now, 100 x 100 will be about 20m.

The process has all risen, to think that I was begged to buy 6.5m in this estate in 2021 ending.

Hello Mr Spyder, it seems you changed the front veranda/ roof design from the original 3d you had on this thread .

Actually, this is the real look of this house, the 3d design is just a visual representation of how the house will look, not the final look. There was changes made by the architect according to the owners desire.
