This dog is suffering from a disorder which causes it's body to produce so much calcium and growth hormones.

It isn’t real, I was also amazed initially but carried out my assignment and found out that Juji is just an average size dog, the pictures and Videos were just manipulated

Yea yea,its really really fake.....The owner chris,his girlfriend manipulated these as a_joke but it became world wide...its photoshoped

This particular one has a growth disorder hence the abnormal growth. It is clearly stated in the OP.
