Ibadan is the last place in SW you will ever want to do anyhow. About 2/3 of the locals are into thuggery. Mokola own go soon start no be curse. The way those northern youths dey always do for that area, boys never get their time. I pity them. 5 Likes |

“Traders in the market have been having issues for long. The Yoruba people are arguing that since the establishment of the market, it was only Hausa people that have been leading the market. They are insisting that they won’t accept any truce until a Yoruba man emerges as the chairman. HONESTLY, THIS IS THE ONLY MESSAGE I DECODE HERE AS A YORUBA MAN, AND IT REALLY CONCERN ME MOST. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Racoon: Isn't all you've said enough proof that a Nigerien is your current president? Why do a lot of Nigerians seem to struggle with this fact when the truth is before their eyes. Has Nigeria ever had a president with ties to another African country this much before? Such that he opened the border for his brothers by making it visa-free, built rails to connect them to Nigeria, involved them in elections and now they are armed in every state taking up land where they please. Nigeria is no longer Nigeria. The fulas of Niger have already began their fulanization and ethnic cleansing. Those that don't resist will be wiped out. Niger has taken a slice of the pie thanks to APC importing them for thuggery during elections as far back as 2015 A Nigerian comes back home from abroad and he queues up for 35 mins to enter his motherland. A Nigerien takes his rifle, currency and enters Nigeria through its open borders and bushes. Then wherever he lays his bag is his home. And they say we have a working Immigration Office 2 Likes |

ShootThemAll: Why not leave the man alone? Could he have done better than what the Ibadan boys did? Politicians will always play politics the onus is now on the youths to express their aspirations thru the ballot not playing soccer on the streets on the day of election or smoking weeds somewhere on that day. Soro soke isn't all about making the loudest noise or blocking free passage but an active purposeful participation in who decides our fates in time to come. 2 Likes |

We are tired of their repeated excuse that the perpetrators are not from Nigeria. Why would a Fulani from Niger republic come to cause problem in Oyo state? The local Fulanis know their foreign counterparts but they never caution or expose them. They will rather shield and accommodate them. When Fulanis or their herdsmen now cause issues, then they bring up the excuse that they are the foreign ones... We don't care where they come from. All we know is that they are Fulanis, and they should either stop their criminality or leave. Simple! 4 Likes |

I dont believe the story of a Niger man staring up the fight, it's just one of their damage control techniques to turn the case upside down. |

Yes leave,u have experienced a little of what other people, igbo, yorubas and other ethnic groups pass through in your Northern region whenever ur people start Sharia war, fighting and killing, bandits , Herdsmen. Many lose their business, shops, houses, investment, and flee back home.others become displaced and have no homes,The unlucky ones lose their lives.Yes,walk in their shoes and feel where it hurts! |

This is Trash. God knows that Igbos have had to contend a lot with this type of mindset of yours a lot. My hometown in Igbo land hosts an Hausa market. There are gbos including my folks who trade there but Hausas outnumber them. It makes no sense for those Igbo to start pestering the Northerners to relinquish leadrrship of the market to them. The process of choosing their leader is democratic and the Igbo understand that you rule if the majority say so. The same applies to Igbo markets in the North. I have never heard of Hausas or Fulani or any Northern tribe for that matter insisting that they should rule over markets populated by Igbos. The reverse is the case in Yoruba land. They appoint leadership for Igbo markets. Most often the leaders they appoint are current or former members of NURTW who never sold a thing all his life. Without minding how profits are calculated these crooks would threaten and extort the Igbos. From what the market leader said, the Northerners were only resisting this type of nonsense. I salute them for there courage unlike my Igbo brothers who have caved in to blackmail. Imagine imposing a woman leader for a market populated by men in the name of Iyaloja. juvewalex: |

These Hausas have the gut to fight outside their communities but couldn't defend themselves against the fulanis that invaded their communities years back. They should go back and reclaim their communities from the hands of the Fulanis. 1 Like |
