Good morning family. I am trying to compile things I should have in an apartment as a bachelor.

What I mean is a what are the things a man should have in an apartment before going ahead to marry and bring in his wife. Something like setting up a home

Thanks

A bar full of drinks

A dozen bunch of condoms so you don't go impregnating you shouldn't marry.

I will comment later when I remember the rest.

As a bachelor; mat, foldable mattress, bookshelf, 2.5kg gas cylinder with burner; that's all I needed before I started to think of getting married. I ate most of my food outside though.

In preparation for marriage, basic household necessities; refrigerator, washing machine, gas cooker, generator. Keep funds aside for furniture, curtains, a proper bed, maybe a deep freezer, water purifier, microwave, blender, dishwasher, kitchen utensils (at least 50k for those alone), shelves, dressers, mirrors etc. Let her choose this latter set by herself. Never involve yourself with furniture, curtains or kitchen utensils.

You can add a smart TV and DStv to the mix if you can afford it.

That should do it.
