Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly getting a divorce.

The pair - who share four children together - tied the knot in 2014 in a lavish ceremony attended by only the top A listers in the world.

But it seems as though the pair couldn't keep their love afloat, as US media reports that the estranged couple are now going their separate ways for good.

As with any divorce, what comes next are negotiations on splitting assets.

However Kim and Kanye's combined net worth of an eye-watering $2.1billion makes negotiations a little tougher than the average divorce.

With so much money at stake, there's plenty for the pair to haggle over. We take a look at everything each of them has to play for, including a glittering $92million property empire.

$61million LA mansion

At the centre of negotiations between the power couple will be the $61million Calabasas mega-mansion.

The showbiz couple blew an eye-watering $20million to create the perfect family refuge for them and their four children - in keeping with their minimalist vision.

However the renovations were so severe that Kim and Kanye had to live with momager Kris Jenner for seven years while a team of experts set to work on their palatial family home.

It wasn't until 2017 when the pair were actually able to move into their dream pad as the entire house was transformed into an otherworldly feat of minimalist architecture.

Kanye proudly described their new abode as a "futuristic Belgian monastery" as it was unveiled, with the boundary-defying scope of the place being a clear extension of his famously 'out there' taste and vision.

Not a single piece of decoration could be seen adorning the mansion, as Kim and Kanye's minimalist vision was even more minimalist than anyone could ever imagine.



Their LA home, that has clearly been a labour of love for the two, could become one of their most contested assets if the couple are heading for a shock divorce.

The house boasts a countless list of extraordinary features, including a walk-in fridge in their minimalistic kitchen.

However it was the sinks that grabbed everyone's attention when they visited their pad, as Kim explained Kanye was the mastermind behind the unique design.

The sinks "lightly slope down, and you can see there's a slit for the water and it goes in," Kim said. "You can put it as high pressure as you want and no back-splash will come up."

The pair also boldly ripped out two existing swimming pools and replaced it with one huge one - at a cost of £37,000.

When they first tied the knot in 2014, the couple lived in an £8million, 9,000 square-foot Bel Air mansion. They later sold the house for £13million.

Wyoming ranches worth $28million



Kim and Kanye own two huge ranches in Wyoming. With each ranch costing approximately $14million, it's safe to say the picturesque views are something they'll both want to hold on to following their rumoured divorce.

Hip-hop mogul Kanye splashed out on the property that was listed for $15 million and includes 9,000-acres of land in Wyoming.

The sprawling site is called Monster Lake Ranch due to it boasting two freshwater lakes, which are home to “monster trout”.

The ranch is located outside the town of Cody, which has population of 10,000, and it has eight lodging units, a restaurant, event facilities and meeting spaces.

There are barns and corrals for the Kardashian-West's horses, which will be a requirement to explore the landscapes surrounding the cluster of buildings.



It was the second property the pair had purchased, with each one having plenty of space to accommodate their 14 expensive Friesian horses.

Each Friesian horse costs up to an eye-watering $600,000, meaning that their value is set to come into play when splitting assets.

The pair snapped up a second ranch in Wyoming just two months after purchasing their first time.

Kim and Kanye forked out another $14million on Bighorn Mountain Ranch, which boasts 6,713 acres of canyons, bluffs, mountains, creeks, and game hunting grounds.

The property contained two large residences, with the main house - known as The Lodge at Bald Ridge - overlooking a large pond and a canyon.

Next to it sits Snowshoe Lodge, which is surrounded by log cabins and walk-in saunas which all boast a picturesque view.

The ranch, a ten minute helicopter ride from the nearest town Greybull, is equipped with two heated helipads, to prevent icing over in the winter.



Supercar collection worth $3.8million



Kanye’s plans for his Wyoming ranch include two underground garages. And the rapper has more than enough cars to fill each.

Kanye has an extensive car collection which boasts rare models including a $517,000 Mercedes SLR McLaren, a $204,000 Lamborghini Gallardo and a $1million Mercedes SLR Stirling Moss.

And while those prices alone might blow you away, Kanye's collection doesn't stop there. For his 35th birthday in 2012, Kim bought him a $750,000 Lamborghini Aventador.



Kanye also owns an Aston Martin DB9 worth $204,000. Kim has a few cars of her own, including a Bentley Continental GTC and a Rolls-Royce Ghost costing $272,000.

In 2018, Kanye gifted Kim a 2018 Mercedes G550 4×4 SUV. If that doesn't mean much to you, maybe the price will make you a little more intrigued.

According to Mercedes Benz of USA's website, the vehicle costs about $240,000. What's more, the matte neon hue would have ramped up the price.



Kim's $950million fortune

Known to be able to make cash out of anything, Kim's multiple business ventures are nothing short of successful. At the age of 40, the mum-of-four is worth an astounding $950million, according to Forbes.

Her dazzling 20-year career has seen her income grow and grow, and it's still growing.

Kim launched her very own mobile game app dubbed Kim Kardashian: Hollywood in 2014, and has since earned her a comfortable $1.6million in just five days since launching.

Her family's uber popular reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians has earned her $4.5million per series - you do the maths.

And while fans are gearing up to wave good bye to the show next year after the famous family announced the end, the Kardashian/Jenners have signed a lucrative deal with Hulu instead.

Kim is also able to earn up to $1million for a single Instagram post to her 198m followers. Most of Kim's impressive net worth comes from her successful 2019 makeup company KKW Beauty.

She's raked in a whopping $950million since it's launch just over a year ago. In 2019, she decided to sell 20% stake in the company to Coty, for a whopping $203million.

Kim's most recent business venture saw her launch SKIMS - a shapewear brand which also sells loungewear. Kim has since pocketed $5.1million from SKIMS alone.



Kanye's Yeezy brand worth $126million

According to Forbes, the rapper has a net worth of $126million. Most of the rapper's money comes from his uber popular brand Yeezy.

The brand was valued at $3billion by the Bank of America back in 2019. Kanye - being the sole owner of the company at the time - collected around 11% of the company’s annual revenue.

The shoe brand was initially launched by Nike, before Adidas bought it out. Adidas now manufactures and distributes the pricy trainers.

In June last year, Kanye signed on the dotted line for a partnership with Gap. A multi-million deal, the line is expected to start rolling out later this year. Kanye has famously made a very large sum of money off his glittering rap career.



$3million engagement ring



In order to pull off the ultimate proposal, Kanye rented out the whole AT&T baseball park in San Francisco in a bid to keep unwanted prying eyes from looking in on the special moment.

The star asked for the engagement go ahead from Kardashian family matriarch and everyone's favourite momager Kris Jenner before he popped the question in front of a giant screen with the words "PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!" emblazoned across it.

Kanye then handed Kim a 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring while a 50-piece orchestra performed for the pair in the background.

And although the proposal probably cost an unimaginable amount of money, it was the ring in question that sparked everyone's curiosity.

Kanye went all in on his engagement ring for Kim. The diamond sparkler designed by Lorraine Schwartz has an estimated retail value of $3 million.
