high salary high tax and high standard of living, one thing that make Luxembourg a good country is the free public transportation

I believe their system is working. for me I don't mind to live in a country with high tax in as much I can see the value of what I'm paying for.

boring, expensive, strict policy, high tax, unfriendly weather, and so on just like Switzerland but higher version. Source:quora
If it gets too boring on a weekend you can travel to Paris for their night life then come back to Luxembourg..it’s just 2 hours by train.
She is expensive because you are paid expensively even as an unskilled worker..minimum wage is 800k in naira
You are definitely not taxed far above your surviving income.
most Europe countries have unfriendly weather... how has Nigeria friendly weather benefited you sir?

I don’t think it’s really difficult getting a visa to Luxembourg but the problem is they don’t have an embassy in Nigeria, you have to go through the Belgium or France embassy and I know for now the Belgium embassy in Nigeria is closed due to Covid

Using gdp per capita can be deceiving because a lot of people who work in Luxembourg and contribute to the gdp tend to commute from neighboring countries like a Germany, Belgium, Austria etc due to the high cost of living in Luxembourg. The gdp per capita formula calculates based on only those residing in Luxembourg.

Secondly Luxembourg is very very expensive and the average income is about €45k. Trust me that doesn’t go that far in a country like Luxembourg hence why you don’t see people go there to hassle like they would in the UK or US.

Not saying you shouldn’t go or you can’t make it work but just a word of caution to tamper your expectations and not expect to make money similar to the gdp per capita. Also not sure what your status will be there but if not with legal papers that allow you to work it will be a hard life.

ImDStar:
With the little I'd read about that country, I can tell us that it's a promising place to be.
Second richest in the world per capita GDP.

It's my dream country!

All I know is that Luxembourg is a super pro-homosexual country.

The President even married a man..

If my eyes are not deceiving me, I saw 400euro as their fee per semester, which I think is reasonable.

I've not been able to get proper details on the proof of fund thou.

Don't be desperate! I see this your post in almost all travel thread. Don't fall victim of slavery or sold your kidney abroad in the name of sponsoring you travel abroad. If you believe you can make it in Nigeria, is not always greener abroad.

My advise for you, Don't be in a hurry to travel ,you will travel when it's right. Keep trying to survive here when you make money you can travel legitimately so that you wouldn't fall victim while begging people to help you travel.
Meanwhile why is it that Nigerian youths keep saying they want to travel because of their unborn kids?? Did our father think this way and have us here? Can't we believe in us making Nigeria work! Even If you have the citizenship of another country doesn't that change the fact you are a NIGERIAN.
Lastly the way you are sounding desperate do not go through desert to make it abroad it is dangerous and many have died through that means, abroad they did not see neither did they get the citizenship for their unborn children seek. Be wise
My 2 cent
