Legends has it that he was the one that entered into a beer parlor years back and ordered every one out(wanting privacy).. A military officer on mofti refused moving an inch....Terkula slapped the military man, all hell broke loose with just a phone call...

Sir/ma, I don't do partisan politics, Bleep both APC and pdp. Secondly we dont operate a state policing outfit in nija so its only what the center allocated to you and we all know how abuja play politics with all the security outfits. If you know you know.
But when it happens in Kaduna you blame the governor.
Sir/ma, when it comes to internal security of the state, the governors are in charge! They get briefings from police commissioners in the state and they also have money allocated to them for security purposes.

Spot on. If the common masses become richer it will be much harder for them to recruit thugs during elections. For now all it takes is one month's salary of a senator to arm 300 men with 100k each to rig an election, then another one month salary to bribe and procure arms and then he's in for another 30 million monthly for the next 4 years.

I doubt this your assertion, Terkula was already a rich man before Gabriel dreamed of becoming a politician. He was the one sponsoring Gabriel, though he might have had government patronage in one way or the other but he was never a poor man before Gabriel enters politics. This is just like saying Ndudi Elumelu makes Tony Elumelu rich because Ndudi is a politician.

Benue the home of cultism!

In the past, Benue has been attacked series of times by both herders and bandits.

In the line of discharging it's mandate, Samuel Orthom has done well. However, the killing in that part of the country still persist.

He, Gabriel Suswan has been in government for years and yet remains mute over the in descent killing, now it has affected a member of his family. Who knows the next in line? Only God.

Vanguard newspaper quoted the Chairman of Logo local government, Benue State, that his killers were definitely the boys of the late notorious Benue terrorist, Gana. He claimed that the boys openly threatened to kill anyone close to former Governor (now Senator) Gabriel Suswan, if they can't find Suswan, as a payback for his role in the murder of Gana.

The Chairman added that Gana's boys have made telephone calls to several people they believed contributed to the death of Gana and and threatened to kill them.

The Vanguard newspaper report claimed that the late older Suswam had many businesses and properties, including a Polytechnic, Rice Mill, FM Radio Station, among several others.

I remember Terkula's antics when his brother was governor, those days if he enters any joint, everybody must stand up. So this fateful day he entered one joint, everybody stood up except a young man( who happened to be a Col, though in mufti) he accosted the man who had the effrontery not to stand up, gave him a dirty slap. Omo na so ur guy place call, from no where na so soldiers surface. They dealt with everybody in that joint, but the beating Terkura chop, no be here. It was so bad that he had to be flown abroad for treatment. On another note, I think de killing was payback by gana's boys, who feel Suswam sold gana out, which led to his eventual death.

Gabriel only governed for 8 years, Akume has been there before him, David Mark has been in government even before some of us were born; now Orton. What is their contribution to the development of their area? I still repeat, check your facts, Terkula was already a rich man before Gabriel join politics, he is Gabriel sponsor, Gabriel never made him rich. He might have enjoy government patronage when Gabriel was in power but that does not say Gabriel was the one that made him rich. In facts he is far richer than Gabriel.

My Governor was the right hand man of the president, imaging after destruction of several villages in southern Kaduna the governor never visited, instead he justified the attacks sighting the zango kataf crisis as a contributory factor, blaming Zamani Lekwat etal, he said he ll never sits with the region elders and discussed above all till today zarlin zarddy never talked about those killings. Boss These are two different cases with no similarities. Orton is fighting for his people survival while hellrufai is pushing for the actualization of ethnic cleansen to pave way for installation of Fulani emirate in southern Kaduna.

Stop commenting on things you have little knowledge about....Yes, He was instrumental to Susam getting into Full time Politics starting from House of Reps...but before then, he was no better than an average man...his so called wealth has everything to do with Susam Political Position right from the 3 tenure he had enjoyed in the House of Rep and the 2 tenure as a Governor...Just so you know!
