We did no works in the interior of this building. A set of chairs and dining chairs was bought and used for a one day event. A television was bought and mounted, that's all. All other rooms were untouched.

We are back at this house, our work this time around is to give this building a general retouch. We intend to, among other things;

To renovate the borehole
To retouch the swimming pool
To resurface the floor with increte
To cap the fence with a coping
To paint the fence and repaint the gate
To repaint the interior and exterior walls of this building

Good evening bro and sorry for the late response, covering your floor with increte has been proven to stem the growth of green algae on compound floors.

We have commenced the flooring of this whole compound with increte, more clearer pictures later.

No it must not, but the painting adds more glamour to it, and adds to the prevention of algae growth as the surfaces have less friction.

We have completed the borehole repairs for this house. We have used it to pump water into the overhead tank.

We have also completed the the increte works, remaining only thr polishing to make it shine brightly.

My painter resumed works here today, he has started repainting the inner walls of this house.

More workers will arrive tomorrow morning, swimming pool and door fixers will be coming later this week.

7.Ramming machine 35,000
8. polish (70 litres)×4,000=#280,000
9. color paste 5kg = 25,000
10. transport to bring load to site #20,000
Materials Total=#2,036,000

Labour 1700×200msq= #340,000
