Pls try block industry. Get a location near a new developing area, If you can get a piece of land on lease. Then get good machines. You can as well add cement store to it.
Think about it.

Every Community Must have just One Facebook Group.

Every community should have just one Facebook group, Some community have up to 20 Facebook group for just one Community, it causes confusion and no coordination.

But if we have just one Facebook group per Community, it would make communication easy and Information dissemination uniform. We will be well organized and coordinated. It will make the group mature and enticing..

When we have 200 Facebook group for a single community, it weakens the community and makes them toothless bulldog that are powerless because they are not coordinated and cannot consolidate their strength.

For example, Obama has just one Facebook group, Trump has one, Celebrities have just one, thereby making communication easy and mature. Just imagine what I would look like when I have 20 Facebook account for just myself, it is childish. So why should a community keep creating unnecessary competition and confusion amongst themselves.

How can you make an announcement on Facebook when they are disorganized, members of your community don't trust their news source because conflicting report is what they hear. Let us create Facebook group with maturity.

The one and only Facebook group is called the general Facebook group. While we have other subgroups dependent on the main group. for example Males in the community may decide to create a Facebook group, it's ok, as it is just a subset. it would make it easy to pass Information to only males within the community. The same goes for females, students, mother's, teachers or musicians or artist within the community.

It would make our groups mature .if we can just have one Facebook group for a community. You will not need to beg for members, they will come voluntarily

Invest in the short let Apartment business.

It's a relatively untapped segment of the real estate market

Come and park cheap quality things in Dubai and sell them.
Imagine buying Abayaa for 10k selling 25k.

Those Nike shoes on IG and abayas are cheap here.

100% profits depends on your marketing skills.

Please stop lying and don’t deceive people here. Which nike shoe is cheap?

Who will buy abaya 25k. Ghost?

Hi guys, I currently have a little above 5M in naira idle and I would want to put it into a business/trade. Something with good yield and room for expansion. Basically something I can grow. I don't want to invest it in bit coin/crypto or mutual funds ( i already have investment in those for easy liquidation).
every idea is welcome, thanks.

If it's an idle capital, I would suggest you invest it on some low risk investments such as the real estate business.

Don't get involved in anything you are not accustomed to.

Depending on your type of job, your time to run and manage a business is not so easy.

Go into something you are interested in, business without passion is dead on arrival

Agric or trade.

But learn the ropes very well before you venture into either. And don't trust anyone too much.

Take a studio apartment on lease. 20 years lease is 2.5m around Unilag. Rent it out at 400k per anuum. Steady income with no stress.

If you take 2 rooms on lease you will be making 800k annually for the next 20years. That is exclusive of the caution fee and agreement you will collect on every new tenant
