Before you sleep think on this:

See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; 16 in that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
Deuteronomy 30:15-16


One if the greatest gift God has ever given any human on earth is the gift of a 'will' (the ability to make choices).

A will is good and bad at the same time. So God created laws/principles that we must obey to achieve a particular result in life, but then he gave us a will. So regardless of what God can do for you it is now left for you and your will to determine what you choose.

Here the lord talked about life and good, so if you choose the very life of God, goodness shall be the fruit you will reap. Then again he said he has also set before you death and the fruit of death is evil activity surrounding the person who makes that choice.

Everything in life is tied down to your will, your will is powerful, it takes your submission to God for you to be able to enjoy the fullness of God. What God expect of you is to surrender your will to him and put him in charge of all your affairs. So if the lord doesn't say go you won't go, if the lord doesn't say stop you won't stop.

Submitting your will under the authority of God will bring about Goodness in your life, it is the word of God himself and not mine. See let every man be a liar and the word of God be true.

Our will is dangerous when we hold on to it, but when we surrender to God our will then we will live a life full of peace and joy.

Make ready tonight and surrender your will unto the father, and let him take charge of all your affairs.

Prayer: lord we surrender all to you, withholding nothing oh God. Take our will, take our life and do as it please you oh God. Thank you for answering our prayers, precious holy spirit we look forward to an encounter with you tonight in Jesus name.
