As much as I remember, kano is a beneficiary of federal allocation which is composed of taxes from sales of alcohol as such for the federal government to allow and benefit from the sale of alcohol through vat, shows that the constitution permits it. Finally, to me and you it is known that any process that is inconsistent with the constitution of the federal government is null and void and repugnant to equity and natural justice

Revenues generated from alcoholic drinks should not be given to these Northern states
