like seriously,is there any quotable law in Nigeria that says you cant do business wherever you want to.don't be unfortunate please.

Laws vary from state to state

Some states have anti beer laws and some have anti grazing laws

That is why you have senators, they are there to rectify legal issues by passing laws

And thanks for calling me unfortunate. In return God bless.

Mikecold:
The sasha incident is a one-off incident not directed by the state government but by frustrated youths who have been having their lives cut short in the hands of northern herdsmen.

Even as i condemn the incident, he have had worst cases from northerns on southernerns even without a serious provocation against them in their northern lands.

Now compare this to a dedicated effort by the a state to kill others business on a continuous basis.

Southernerns can also say kunu is forbidden and start destroying the business of it even though the business is insignificant compare to the multi billion naira beer industry

If you don't drink don't go to the bar, just like there are porn sites all over the internet and it is not an excuse that having a phone means you must watch them or porn presence on phone contaminates the phone

I have not even told you those businesses pay tax which the government uses in destroying their business

Btw what concerns fridges and plasma in the seizure if not vandetta

Let me ask you, are the herdsmen that operate in Bushes and the northerners that operate in Sasha markets the same? One man had an issue with Yoruba woman, then you suddenly deemed it right to destroy the whole market and kill as many Hausa traders and truck drivers as you could find. I can also defend Hisbah and say that at least they never killed anyone.

Also, this isn't a one-off incident. You did the same thing during the endars protest. You burnt down trucks and killed their drivers. Maybe you don't know how governments operates, so let me educate you a little. There are different ways to show support to groups. You can look at the other way and let people do damage and then dive in when the carnage is done. Modi of India, Myanmar's military, etc have all done that before. Tell me, what action have they taken about the incident so far? Why is Sunday Igboho still walking freely? You must really think we are stupid. In this modern age, you don't come out to openly say that you support something. The federal government is also showing subtle support for the herdsmen, and the eastern government is showing support for the ESN, because none of them is showing interest in fighting them.

Like I said, on a normal day I'd even criticize Hisbah. Beer is not hard drugs and the constitution gives citizens the right to consume or sell them. However, looking at how most of you support injustice, I will go with the Kano government this time. You hailed your youths when they burnt down northern businesses (because some herdsmen in the bush attacked you, as you said). You also support the ban on Hijab in Kwara Government schools (tell me, how will it affect you if some students choose to wear Hijab)? And yet you want to be treated fairly in northhen states

1. You should not have said i should not be unfortunate. Either way it is rude

2.Sharia is in the constitution. How it got there is a long story. However it is only applicable in states whose houses of assembly approve it
