LZAA: Ships are slower and the players would have had to travel at sea for several hours instead of shallow waters. The small boats were just perfect. |

PussyKing:No sea Pirates with in the world will attack the football national team on a ship in the world. If you know the kind of dare Devil security team that follows football national teams, bro anybody will think twice before attacking them, not to talk of when they are at sea. Apart from what you see underground, there are various Air support following them, satellite from Navy ships standby with swift and immediate response in case of attacks. Nigeria might be insecure but not when it comes to the football national teams. 1 Like 1 Share |

owobokiri: When I start exposing your crass ignorance, una go say I don come again. Have you ever travelled by sea? Have you ever seen the gunboats of the Nigerian Navy in action? My first journey by boat in this world was 1984. I have been to locations abroad where the only access is by sea and it was a sweet experience. Lack of exposure is the worst thing that can happen to a human being. I suggest you save some money and at least travel a little to expand your worldview. 2 Likes |

Sysdatek: Boko Haram suffered heavily in the hands of the SBS at Baga. Boko Haram wanted to overrun the SBS base by the river and steal weapons. The SBS killed so many Boko Haram fighters and retreated by water. Before retreating, they destroyed their weapons so Boko Haram didn't see anything to carry despite dying like flies. The thing pained Boko Haram like mad. 3 Likes |

codemaniacs: It's not poverty mentality... Football administrators in Nigeria have taken the best decision.....You are a nobody as far as the affairs of football administration in Nigeria is concerned as of now. Let me remind you, that decision has been forced into the throats of bad critics like yourself....You can only be vexing your annoyance at the comfort of your home...There is absolutely nothing you can do about it. ....So, enjoy your bitterness in full. |

owobokiri: Is it a publicity stunt for the ferry service? Cos I don't understand why they would put these multimillionaires through this, and even give some seasickness just 24 hours to a match. Each one of them can individually pay for a private jet so why waste their time and spend more hours than necessary in travelling. The whole jamboree sef increases their exposure time to Covid with more time spent in group and all these journalists and extras around. 2 Likes |
