I just watched the video. It’s easy to confuse what he said because he just finished talking about fine and prison time before mentioning 14 years. It’s good that he clarified though but these guys ought to be more gentle when clarifying issues to the public. Our comprehension levels differ and unfortunately our journalists are still Nigerians too. |

He was actually misquoted. I just watched the video. He was talking about the number of years NIN has been in existence. "14 years not today". But he was misquoted as he said that after he just mentioned "sentence to prison" as punishment for those who doesn't adhere to that law as it's in the constitution. |
