Good afternoon good people.
please, I need advice from educators here.
I have B.A (Hons.) in English and Literary Studies, Second Class Lower, and strongly wish to become a lecturer.
But I don't have any educational qualification just yet.
I initially planned to start my Masters immediately after NYSC, but some persons advised I first go for PGDE before Masters.
Now I don't really know which to take....

Please which do you advise I go for, and why?

Your final CGPA should determine if you have to go for PGDE before masters now

You should know ur result

You can be asked in an interview

From my knowledge u only need to go for PGDE before masters if your final GP is less than 3.0

But if u have 3.0 and above u can apply for masters straight up

Ok thanks. Till today, I'm still getting differing opinions on which to go for. But I think, I'll settle for PGDE before Masters, purposely to have educational qualification.

None is needed.

Just have your BSc and finish up your MSc

Good luck!

You can apply for masters programme depend on the Institution you applying for.
But for a well recognized institution you’ve got to apply for a year pdge program

Please which do you advise I go for, and why?
