So how much are the projects themselves worth if supervising them are this expensive? Are the FMOW officials not being paid their salaries, allowances or other entitlements? Perhaps President Buhari may claimed not being aware, surprised or shocked as usual in appending to the works ministry budget that included this horrendous corruption, but posterity will forever judge him for being an overt sanctimonious corrupt hypocrite the appoint a band of superlooters who sucked Nigeria into chronic borrowing & indebtedness. 41 Likes 5 Shares |

helinues:Why are you surprised? Thought the heavenly saints are only in APC? If the late president Buhari's driver can scam him to sign off an undeserving #150M worth of contracts, then imagine what any other person including Fash-the Lekki tollplaza camera detector can do. 41 Likes 9 Shares |

Racoon: Even though the news read clearly Proposed.. Even though it's news which can be true or false Even though Fashola or his ministry have not come out to deny or approve this news But, you have already reached your conclusion, already pointing fingers... Life is just too short to be fixated on things... Smile and smell the flowers 3 Likes |

helinues:Oga, do you know that assosory to treason and concealment of treason are all treasonable offenses in the military. So also it is in the case of institutionalized corruption which is one of the major bane of development. Why "proposing" such a ridiculous amount in the so called "proposed" budget when it is not even an overhead cost? Are the officials not being paid their salaries, no official vehicles with fuel provided or security details that will accompany the inspection teams to sites? Simply because it is money meant to be looted that was or to be included in a sensitive national document like the budget. Given you level of approving any evil under the Buhari government unlike others, I am not surprised these are the kinds of issue you must have been longing to come back from your supposed ban to start defending. Welcome back anyway. 28 Likes 3 Shares |

Racoon: Stop arguing blindly... The news read proposed even though I found the amount questionable but saved my epistle till the news is verified, hence using only emoji. But in your own case, apart from finalizing on the news, you have already lumped Buhari into it, castigating Fashola and his ministry cos such are the kind of news you like to read and venom are there to be spilled... Like I said earlier, life is too short to be fixated |
