Always give your self time to recover after you hit the gym. Study shows that lifting weights and participating on other strenuous exercises can be bad for your health if you engage in them for too long without giving your body enough time to recover. A health specialist discovered that 90 minutes or more of extreme hot blooded exercises can enfeeble your immune system which will in turn, make you susceptible to illnesses. Because your body could still suffer the repercussions of a long work out up to 72 hours later!

Take your time, you are not going to loose all those calories at once. Or gain those muscles if you stress yourself to the point that your body can't take it anymore. Another expert revealed that muscles actually develop when you give your body time to recover. Take it easy, you will get there.

Dear men, never let anyone decide the route your life will take. As a man, growing up, your family (or in some cases the community) will envisage certain things from you. But I want to sermonize on profession in this message. Make sure you don't take up any métier because you want to impress someone or keep faith with their dreams for you. No matter how influential, beneficial or important that person is to you. Give no one leverage over this significant decision.

Here's a tip: Pick something that you are passionate about, that which really exhilarates you. A field in which you possess erudition and apprehension. Passion acts as an incentive and gives you a sense of purpose. It makes you creative, expressive, imaginative and a visionary. It challenges you to always be energetically engrossed and creates joy whenever you are doing what you do.

Pick passion over counsel or pressure. Over any social or environmental factors. Remember, many have failed because they lacked motivation in their career paths. Everyone will turn on you and inculpate you for your failures. Choose that which your heart accepts and pursue it to any height you can imagine.

As a man society ties your necessity and value to resources/money. It goes beyond that!!! Your guidance and influence will shape the minds of your sprogs from the days of their youth.

For a man, the quality of life comes down to one thing. The amount of freewill he has and how he utilizes his freewill.

The difference between the best and the worst men is this. In a certain condition where the worst men fail to recognize their true potential. The best men are able to extract the most out of it.

There is nothing wrong with being successful, having a lot of money and nice cars. But a man does not need those things to be happy because a man's happiness stems from within. If you are going after those things make sure you are doing it because you really desire them. Not because of someone's map for your life.

Dear men, your employer does not give a rats arse about you. Get as much as you can out of that company and don't be afraid to jump ship when a better opportunity arrives. In this present day and age there is absolutely no loyalty.
