when one rebels against God will there be any opportunity(second chance) for his or her repentance?

even if he did will he be forgiven or becomes like satan and his agents who are reserve for everlasting destruction?

So long as you do not blaspheme, in your rebellion, against the Spirit of God, you will always have a chance while you still draw that is. undecided

The ultimate destiny of every Soul is to become a Co-worker with God.
The journey takes several lifetimes until Soul is ready to stand on Its own feet spiritually. Rebellion, repentance etc are all part of the process.
