boko haram is even advancing in technicalities, yet the government is still on a spot for so many years. before now, boko haram was recruiting most of its fighters forcefully but now, they are wooing them with rewards. what the goverment can not do, boko haram is doing it. the palliative those heartless government refused to share during covid, boko haram is sharing it. the question now is" wont the northerners prefer boko haram to government?"
