Have you ever thought that there are some things you can start easily but you find it very difficult to stop?



It cannot be ruled out that there are some things you can start doing as an individual, but eventually when you get tired of them and want to stop it's easy to stop.

However, there about three things that you can start easily but it's very difficult to stop doing them.

Some people started doing them as fun but along the line, it became a habit, where they have to struggle hard to quit them.

These three things are:


1. The first thing you can easily start but difficult to stop is PORNOGRAPHY:

Almost everywhere online and offline is full of nude pictures nowadays. As a result of this, you can easily start hunting for such sensitive pictures and it will eventually become a habit. When you get addicted to watching pornographic films and pictures, it will be very difficult for you to stop. Sometimes you can stop for a while but after some time you will roll over it again.


2. The second thing you can easily start but very difficult to stop is MASTURBATION:

Masturbation is self-sex. This is the alternative to intercourse. But the fact is that when you start doing it, you will be addicted to it, and thereby makes it very difficult to stop. You can even pray, fast, and take an oath that you have stopped it, only to find yourself doing it after a while. The more you do it, the more it becomes very hard for you to stop it.





3. The third thing you can easily start but very difficult to start is SEX:

When you are so conversant with watching pornographic material, it will lead you to masturbation, and whenever you are pushed to the wall you may easily intercourse with any opposite sex available. But the saddest truth about this act is that once you taste it for the first time, it will be very hard for you to abstain from it for years.

As a matter of urgency, seek help when you realized that you can't stop any one of the above-mentioned things. But if you're grown up, just marry to save your future

I will also like to include smoking ..yes. you can easily Start smoking but at the end it will be difficult to stop.
because your brain has to get used to not having nicotine around. Nicotine is the main addictive drug in tobacco that makes quitting so hard. Cigarettes are designed to rapidly deliver nicotine to your brain. Inside your brain, nicotine triggers the release of chemicals that make you feel good.

Pornography can cause the other two. The more you watch, the harder it is to break free.

But I'm bewildered that there are niggaz who actually jerk off with their own hands and it's becoming a problem for them..

*Pornography- I feel there is certain age you get to and it becomes boringg to you..@17/18 yrs, you re excited Watching but @28/29, some maturity means you tend to move away from it Gradually..

*Masturbation- Very strong addiction for both Males n females!! However, it can be stopped once the victim gets a Bf/GF!!

betting is one of the thing u hardly stop, betting kill faster than HIV and you can used your savings to bet thinking u are going to win.

Great stuff. I never got involved in betting. I guess I did only once or twice and that was it. I avoid anything that is addictive.
