Forget the treachery of one man. Almost all those our political "heroes past" messed up one way or another, playing into the hands of the colonialists. From Zik to Awo to Sardauna to Osadebey.

The problem now is the neglected commoners from the North have become nuisances all over the country, coupled with their invited kinsmen from Niger Republic and Chad. We are only seeing the tip of the iceberg yet. The real storm is loading.

I disagree.. there is nothing like South against the North.

The North you speak of has several ethnicities lumped together, but because of politics, those ethnicities have allowed themselves to be subdued by core Northerners and Sokoto caliphate. There are Yorubas in Kwara and Kogi states under North Central or what you call Middle Belt and we won't leave them to be destroyed cos they are part of us in South West.

In the South, we have several ethnicities too that can survive on their own.

Forming another country with "South" is like starting Nigeria afresh.. same problems, same issues will still arise.. so to your tents oh Isreal.
Let everyone go their separate ways if the country must split.
