Seriously having a serious headache at number 3. The place I bought 2 plots (separate) of land are disturbing me to do fencing. Asked someone for a quotation, he gave me 2.something mil per plot. But how to pour 4-5m into the ground without yielding cash flow has been giving me headaches for 3 months now.

Do not carry everybody's financial problem on your shoulders.
Avoid any esusu(thrift) whether online or offline that you are not sure of the owner.
Always have two or more stream of income.

Your last point was well define, to that i won't oppose. But let it be known provided you are earning and doing well,do your self a favour and marry, getting the perfect person should be the idea not the nonsense 'Avoid Early Marriage'.
One can't denie the fact that we are sexual being and if that isn't sorted out the nearest brothel or the closet call girl becomes your companion.

There's some sense in doing a fencing but the high cost makes it discouraging. Just define the boundaries and secure the property from unlawful invasion by raising a two coach block fence and wait till your finances improve before you can embark on a full fencing project.

I can't loud that number 2 and 6 enough. The amount of cash guys spend on these call girls in a year can build a well furnished 3 bed room duplex.
