Please I Need Help: my infinix note 7 is not charging by WHOcarex: 12:51pm On May 03, 2021

My infinix note 7 is not charging anymore. When I plug it, it shows the sign of charging but it's not powering up. Rather it discharges even with the charging sign still on. I even off the phone to charge it still the same.

A friend of mine using S5 is going through the same issue. I didn't know mine will be next.

The phone is barely 2 months. This is so frustrating and annoying.

Please what should I do?
Somebody help please.

Have you tried charging it with different chargers ?

lol we are in this together, same thing is happening to my infinix smart 4. am considering getting tecno pop 5 tomorrow for the main time

You'll not use that money and look for a fairly used better device from a more trust worthy company

My friend said his only charge with car charger.

You might have to change it's charging board, problem can also possibly be from the battery but that's less likely
