delta state money should be given to the state but fear of okowa fg can keep it
Yes FG will keep the money when it is return because ifeanyi okowa is James ibori puppet. Giving that money to ifeanyi okowa is like giving the money back to James ibori.

So let FG keep the money and share it as monthly allocation to states.

If this looted money can talk, it will beg the UK govt not to transfer it aback to Nigeria because it will surely be relooted.

I can assure you they have already shared the money before it even arrive. May God save our country.

The federal government has said that funds looted by former Delta Governor, James Ibori will be repatriated to Nigeria soon.

I hope the governor of DELTA STATE would ask the ZOO government to deposit the money into the state's account because the money belongs to state and not the thieves in ASO ROCK. It's mind boggling that a state governor would defraud his state and when the stolen funds are returned from the foreign country where the money was deposited, it goes back to the Federal government. That's truly unbelievable and NOBODY including the ZOO BROWN ENVELOPE journalists ever ask a question as to why that is so. DUMB people everywhere!
