Now this calls for actual evaluation;
(1) By this you you mean you are aware that the military kills unarmed civilians in the South East
(2) By this you mean the army focuses on the civilians in the supposedly military operations
(3) By this you mean you are aware that the Nigerian government doesn't give the military rules of engagement whenever they are carrying out operations in the south East
Dear, let them stay there just two days and two nights. The operations you talked about is when nobody was a threat to their show of muscle in the East, there can never be military operations again in the East. Do you know what guarilla warfare is?
