Whatever they are doing is illegal and I will not be surprised to know that the people dispensing the gas into plastic bags are from immigrants backgrounds. And the gas station may well be run by immigrants too. There is no way any Americans will allow you to do that in the station.

Actually the people dispensing the gas into plastic bags were all white American hillbillies. They grew up on the farm and are not that very smart. Trust me my mom stood in line yesterday to get gas and saw a lot of them. Also in America you pour gas yourself. There is only one attendent in the gas stations and all they do is collect cash if you not able to use your card at the pump. They don’t care what you put the gas in. Most companies have a law if it doesn’t concern you then don’t argue with the customer because if the customer harms you the company will not be responsible

Now I know why the country called Nigeria remained an illustrate with fools living in it despite their level of education. For safety, it was temporally shut and it should be back fully by Friday. Secondly, nobody is rushing to buy fuel here. Nobody in the USA will ever buy fuel in plastic bags. No fuel station in the USA will even tolerate it to sell gas inside plastic bags for people. If police by mistake stop such a car on the road, the driver will be in big trouble and the station that sells it will surely be done for the business. This not Nigeria whereby people start rushing because of scarcity. Whoever posted such a picture and wrote the stupidity started is fake just to get people like Nigerians attention. You have no idea what you talking about. Before the pandemic we bought oil around $2’50 to $3.00. Gas prices went down to 1.07 to 1.50 during the pandemic in my state. Gas prices went back up now because people are going back to work and things are opening up again. I currently pay $2.70 per gallon similar to price per pandemic.... plus read about the keystone pipeline before commenting about it. The oil coming from the pipeline was not for local consumption but for export to foreign countries. So that had zero effect on local prices. America has different pipelines for different types of oil and for different reasons

It’s already passed the house but Senate republicans refuse to approve it. The only bills trump approved were bills that did not require a 60/40 vote.
