Nothing will degenerate into war. Things will just be terrible, and later will get better. The worst case is Nigeria breaks up. But the best option is one Nigeria, but each region should control its resources with prime ministers as head of each region, so that Federal Govt will just be foreign affairs, inter regional relationship, Some aspects of Electricity, etc. Each region has it's own prime minister who controls the resources.
