It is not difficult, as much as the network provider owe it to it's customers to keep their conversation secret that rule can be broken in the interest of the masses. However, it will take a court determine that maintaining the agreement of secrecy between a network provider and the customer under the circumstances at hand will be detrimental to the interest of the masses.
In law, no organization is allow to operate contrary to the interest of the people it serves and no individual who's interest supercede the interest of the society he/she lives

1. That Network Providers actually record private call sessions between paying customers without their permission.
2. Make everyone realize that there's nothing like privacy when it comes to the network providers who we trust with our funds and data.

Maybe they're both the same thing but you get the point.
Look for the right and legal means to get your facts else you'll just be the same as the evil people who are fighting to keep this matter silenced.
