I felt same when I saw it sha. Nice one OP, you are better than JeffreyJunior. That one once used tomato paste to replace palm oil and give his SOUP redness. Can you beat that?

One can easily get it wrong using palm oil to make oha soup na.
Too much palm oil in oha is a huge turn off. E dey even affect the aroma.
Na palm kernel own dey hardly go wrong.

Do you use non stick for your stew and soup?

U know, over time, I have to agree that non stick isn't for our kitchen. Unless the advanced non stick like our ite òna( cast iron). Gotten rid of all in my house. Our naija kind of pots are still the best if one is in Nigeria. Got similar ones here and they cost arms and legs. When I started comparing the properties, I found out we have been using these pots for ages. Oyibo just modernised and gave them names. Now, they will say they started with them first. Even wok we use in frying akara or clay pots. Aside China, Africa especially Nigeria have been using wok for donkey yrs.

The thought of tomato puree oha makes my stomach turn. Biko carry your soup face one side
