Can you imagine SEEPCO an Indian company clamimg the coordinates given to them from Abuja said that the oil field is in Delta state instead of Anambra. Willie is not asking the right questions; Who gave the freaking coordinates!!!

Why is this country evil. For six, years oil was being produced in commercial quantities in Anambra and then transported in barges to Delta state where it is added to Delta state oil production quota. Subsequently, increasing their 13% derivation , while leaving the real owners empty handed. Tell me the region that will swallow half the rubbish Nigeria has fed Easterners since the civil war ended.

Not only should justice be done, but also every penny due to Anambra state which was diverted must be paid in full.

Bro, Gwafaeziokwu is very correct, Ogwu-aniocha and Ogwu-ikpele(both in Ogbaru LGA of Anambra state) has large deposit of oil and gas. Sterling (SEEPCO) is not the only oil and gas exploration company carrying out this atrocity of drilling and milking Anambra oil and transporting it to Delta (Okpai and Kwale(presently SEEPCO is building a refinery in Kwale). Another Indian company; BOGEL(British Oil and Gas Exploration Company ) is equally doing that. I know this because my friend works in one of their rig in Ogwu. Utchi (Obala-Uchi) and Okpai are both in Ndokwa East LGA of Delta state while Omoku is in River state, they all share boundary.
