Useless man. Same guy who was always lashing out at Jonathan on insecurity and job creation some years back. He even advised Jonathan to pay ransom to boko haram so they could release the abducted Nigerians and foreigners in their custody. Today as governor, not only did elRufai say he would not pay ransom, he had cut down on the number of civil servants in his state. What an irony of life.
