Okay, Now Ijaw is dominant in one state Bayelsa with a population about 2 million people.

And Ijaw is are minority tribes with little population in delta, Rivers, Ondo and Edo.

So please in the name of everything sane, where are the remaining 18 million Ijaws? Which state do they occupy?

Igbo states....Abia,Anambra,Enugu,Ebonyi,Imo etc...
Yoruba states...Lagos(somehow),Ondo,Oyo,Ogun,Ekiti,Osun and maybe 5% of Kwara..
Hausa states......None......None...None.
Niger,kaduna,Abuja are gbagi/gwari states.
Borno ----kanuri.
Gombe....kaltungo,tangale and waja state.
Plateau,kogi,zamfara ,sokoto etc are owned by minority tribes....
We all know that fulani are none Nigerians.
