Agbegbaorogboye:Lol Keep fooling yourself. A country where most graduates earn below 30 k is what you're referring to? We know your type... Paid asslicker defender. You can only fool very few. Most of us are smart enough to know left from right now. |

UncleKoboko:Paid by who? So NLC now has paid defenders? But you're not paid by Elrufai I guess. Can you show us the facts that support your claim that most graduates earn below 30k? If you know left from right, you should know that ethics of fair journalism entails hearing from the other side which this news obviously confessed it failed to do. Who is looking paid now? |

sylve11:Thank you. Many people don't know that labour union leaders are part of the problem- very corrupt and irresponsible lot. They will shake hands under the table with corrupt governors and come out pretending to shout at them on the airwaves. |

What it shows, is that the NLC knows that government, even if they are chopping money does not have the resources to pay that 30k minimum wage.. They know our civil service is bloated and not sustainable. They know but their leadership is playing to the gallery. On another note; what are you doing about your professional journey...don't bear any job that isn't meeting your goals; wake up and do something about it by looking for one that will satisfy you. Anyone who trusts the NLC to fight for their rights as employees are just fools. The NLC at company, state , indistry or national levels ONLY care about the member dues they get and share monthly at those levels. They are stooges of the powers ready to negotiate against the interests of their member if their palms will be greased. |
