Hello Guys,
I am about to start the study visa application. I'm not resident in Nigeria at the moment and would like to use my bank account in Nigeria as part of document. Is it possible to get it from my bank? Anyone got experience in obtaining statements without physically going to the branch?

Thanks

Congratulations. Did you submit NSE documents?

I initially submitted my IELTS together with my app on March 1.
On March 5, I got the NSE request letter for my POF. I couldn’t submit cos my sponsors are UK based. I ignored it but later sent an LOE via web form and email stating the reason why I was unable to submit the POF (Mybankstatement) as requested.

Hope this helps.

Evening guys,
Please I have two questions.
1. What's the maximum USD (cash) that one can carry while traveling?
2. Can one carry local dry herbs (agbo) or will it be confiscated?
Thank you

Refusal notification comes with a letter. I'm not referring to the GCMS note. Tell your agent to provide the letter. It's downloaded from your application portal.
this is the reason I was denied the visa. What do you think I should do now?

Personal Travel Allowance is $4,000. I really don't have an answer for dried herbs but if you can pack it in such a way that it doesn't smell, then I think you should be fine but still do your research.

you mean if someone got up to $10k, he can't travel with more than $4k?

1. You can carry as much as you want, but if you are carrying above 10k CAD or 7,960 USD, it MUST be declared.
