Why not go into freelancing and stop this slave job hunting. That amount is something you can get in two weeks from the comfort of your home. All you need is an android phone, and a little capital of 10k.

Try to take loan and start business. You are not a slave. 25k for extreme long working hours.

No O.It's a small bakery with superstores. But there are other staff working in the superstore.
If you've nothing, as in NOTHING to hold on to at the moment you can give it a go with a predetermined exit period in mind.

While there try to see if you can make contacts and network with other forward thinking people.

Is sitting at home from 6:30am to 10pm without anything for the next few months with so many lacks and needs staring you in the face worth it?
Ask yourself this question over and over again and youll get the perfect answer yourself.

In this period where everyone is looking for means to survive you still want to be checking time? With this current inflation where 100 can no longer afford a cup of drinking garri?

I'll advise you take up the job in the meantime and be looking out for another one while at it. Better than nothing.

How will he have time to look out for another one if he's at the Bakery from 6am till 10pm without any break?

Or it's when he returns home after 10PM that he will start looking for other opportunities?

For now, is there any?

He might even be there and one of the companies he submitted his CV will call him up and he won't need to go searching.

It's up to him. If he's not pressurred, let him forget about it then.

It's better the job is split into 2 shifts for 15k than working for such long hours. There is no way one can be fully efficient with such working hours. Their HR must be very bad at his job

How do you think he can look for other job when he resumes 6:30am and close 10pm? He is 30 already. Soon no company will want to employ him cos of age. If only can learn a skill, all this useless employers of labor won't see him. Nigeria is cursed.

That's modern day slavery bro. Get skilled today!

Joysticks:
I saw this cleaner job vacancy at old English bakery at GRA,Ikeja,Lagos after months of job hunting.Due to unavailability of one's preferred kind of job,I like hotel jobs a lot,I decided to submit my CV to one of the bakery security man.

It is hard to get a hotel job at GRA Ikeja despite the big and many hotels located there though.Man know man things.

I was called to come for an interview at their head office in omole phase 1.

I attended the interview. But the salary is manageable being that I am a single man without even a girlfriend.Early 30's.But the resumption time was shocking.I would resume by 6.30am and closes by 10pm for #25k!

Which kind cleaning work be that? And the bakery is own by a Nigerian. No break or free lunch.

My mind told me there were other tasks I would be doing apart from cleaning because no cleaner would work till that time.

So has anyone who have worked there before knows the job description in old english bakery?

How will he get the money to pay for the skill acquisition if he doesn't work for some time?

Yeah it's because of the situation of the economy that the employers of labour are misbehaving anyhow otherwise who would want to waste their precious life time for such jobs.

I was once employed like this in Baptist Mission Schools, 6am to 6pm; sometimes I had to wait until 7pm if some female bosses are still in their office. Life became miserable for me after almost three years in service, especially with these female bosses.I sack myself at last.
If you can do it to safe some money, please go for E-commers business, like SOLMARX,FES,or STAKEXCHAIN.

Its a terrible offer. 6am to 10pm as in you wake up by 5a.m, get to work by 6am, dismiss work by 10pm, get home by 11pm What time do you have for yourself? Cooking, washing and personal time between 11pm to 5am. You no go sleep again?
Just for 25k a month! Less than $100. Even labourers on site make more money. Reject it! Normally cleaners job is from 7a.m to around 10 a.m

Isa Pantami is a terrorist

I am very sure they said 6:30 am to 10 am. The OP no hear well.
