Any criminal be it Fulani, Yoruba, Igbo or any other tribe is just that a CRIMINAL. We have other tribes committing crimes in the SW, should we send them all packing. What's important is for the security agencies to live up to their tasks. We have many Fulani kidnappers today, before we had many kidnapers that were Igbos (Evans is an example) and from the SS.

I could care less where you are from, if you are a criminal then you should be arrested and treated as such. Criminals and terrorists are enemies to everyone, even to their own tribe.
