She loving, caring, she forgives easily, she loves her privacy, she taught me giving is good no matter how rich or poor you are, she can greet from her house to only when she is tired. I hate her first but when I was growing up, I will continue to appreciate her whenever I remember all the lessons she taught us. She is just a good role model to me!

Imagine giving out your shop for free to a woman because she said things are hard for her.

She did this just 1 year after loosing her husband and things became quite hard for her.

Preference of wife material is like food choice. One man's food is another man's poison, no matter how delicious or popular the food is.
So, no matter how good our moms are generally, her traits may be irrelevant to our marital partner choice.
BECAUSE MOST MEN GOES FOR BEAUTY / PACKAGING AND NOT CHARACTER

Virgin with nagging !
Capital No.

Your daddy married me as a virgin but that doesn't change her character. Sometimes you will think she is the husband.

Good side: she loves her husband, religious, Too generous and has many other good side.

l can not cope with nagging wife.
I pity my father most time. Association of l want to marry a virgin grin.

She get easily provoked and so hot tempered.......

She's very stubborn and hardly listen to OR follow our opinions

Just too religious.........infact she fought everyone close-by/neighbour/family/friends/youths/strangers who wouldnt readily absorb her preaching(BIGGEST TURN OFF).......

She's hyperactive too........hardly sit her ass down on a spot to rest.......if she's isn't doing this then definitely she's up doing that...... even the unnecessary things and wud lament if u failed to join her........

Mind:Those r her weakness anyways

GOOD SIDE:

SHE SINGLE HANDEDLY SPONSORED OUR EDUCATION FROM PRE NURSERY TO BEEN A GRADUATE........

SUCH A YOUNG PRETTY HER GOT HERSELF MARRIED TO ONE IDIOT DURING HER PRIME...........INFACT SHE STRUGGLED SPONSORING HIS EDUCATION TO UNIVERSITY LEVEL EVEN WHEN HER FAMILY WERE VEHEMENTLY AGAINST..........

.........BUT THE IDIOT BECAME DOCTOR AND NEVER CAME BACK TO HER/US........JUX THE ONLY PERSON I WILL NEVER FORGIVE EVN ON MY DYING BED.........

SHE SPONSORED HER HALF BROTHERS AND SISTERS TOO.......SOME GRATEFUL WHILE SOME R INGRATES.......
Do you know what it means not to forgive someone even in your dying bed

Of course.
But the thing is what you might consider romantic might not be perceived so by your partner. It might not be deep enough for him/her.
So sometimes, if need be, one need to teach their partner how they want to be loved.
Yeah. When one takes the lead, the other follows, otherwise, the relationship becomes a bore.

Unfortunately, their advice is not always free of bias as humans that they are and not God. Their advice may be out of their experiences but does not always necessarily have to affect our own outcome.

I have a friend whose mum really gave him stress about his choice of a wife because she was of the opinion that he marries not just from their tribe but their state and even from their village as he is the first son.

The peaceful son obliged his mother and he married from where his mum wanted/advised. They are married with kids now but the mother hardly visits her son, not to talk of staying over because she and the wife cannot see eye to eye. He ended up marrying a woman as tough as his mother.

The other son she disapproved of his wife because she was from another tribe entirely is the one she visits and stays with. He didn't even listen to his mum. He married his own choice. Now that is the wife the mother is close to.

Elders are not always right. They don't know it all.

If you see the way I smiled at this story ehn! E sweet my belle die, some mothers need to stop being meddlesome

As in eh! When he had his first child's dedication, the mum went to the church but from church, she only breezed in and out of the house and went to stay in the second son's house. The second son that married from an "opposite" tribe that she kicked against o.

When I got there and asked him about his mum, he just gave me the "you know nau" look. The wife doesn't take nonsense and his mum too. Meanwhile, the guy is a no stress, peace loving type.

I just feel for him because it has been like that for about 10yrs now.

Now, you had me lol grin. But does wifey relate with him well? I like women (both married & single) who don't take nonsense, because when you take it, once or twice there's a tendency for it to continue.

I know a married woman whose mother in law & sister in law, used to stress and harass her unnecessarily. So much so that, her mother in law pushed her head one day, the way you would use a finger to push a child's head for mischief or stubbornness. She said that was the day she had it and reacted in a manner they didn't expect, since then her in-laws dey arrange themselves around her. They don't try any of the shit they used to dish out prior to that head pushing incident.

Another lady, jacked her sister in law by the neck and pinned her to the wall, squeezing the life out of her it took the intervention of people present for her to let go. Her sister in law, was in the habit of disrespecting her and hubby, because she was the hubby's elder sister and this wife was a younger woman. She would do things that were not right like barge into their bedroom without knocking, talking over wifey and inserting herself into private conversations between man & wife, amongst other things.

I can't recall the incident that broke the carmel's back that day, but sister in law has since stopped all the nonsense she used to do. In my book of life, standing up for yourself and letting people know their mumu don do you, makes a difference in how they treat you grin.

They relate well. In fact for her last birthday, he planned a surprise party for her.

True, some inlaws need to be reminded that the wife is a human being that deserves respect. And sometimes, the wife needs to take the bull by the horn and defend herself.

For me, I am an unassuming person. I would just keep quiet but you don't know what's on my mind. But sometimes my facial expression gives me away cheesy. So they don't know how to act most times...lol. I drink water and mind my business. But they know I am not one to bully.

Everyone should give themselves respect and have peace.
