- Prevention
- Ethical regimentation/attitudinal change

- Recovery and management of the proceeds of crime.

The Chairman also stated the current Federal Government Framework dedicated to tackling corruption consists of:
- Treasury Single Accounts
- Integrated Payroll and Personnel information system (IPPIS) aimed at identifying ghost workers.
- BVN
- Whistleblowing policy

Implementation of the current framework culminated in the recovery of 37 Million Dollars worth of property. The Chairman further reiterated the Commission's commitment to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and transparency. These standards are to apply both internally and externally, in its approach to fighting crime.

Following the reoccurrence of financial crimes in the country, the commission is yet to show how effective it has been towards economic and financial crimes.
